2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All custom portraits are for personal use only. Customers may share their portraits on social media, print them for personal gifts, or use them as avatars. Commercial use, reselling, or mass distribution requires an explicit commercial license.

3. REFUND & REVISION POLICY

Since our products are custom-made digital assets, we do not offer full refunds once the drawing process has started. However, we offer Unlimited Free Revisions to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the final result.

4. PRINTING & SHIPPING

Physical prints (canvases, posters, etc.) are available as an add-on service after the digital artwork is approved. Shipping times and costs vary by location and are calculated at checkout. We ship worldwide from our USA-based partner facilities.

5. PHOTO QUALITY

The quality of the final illustration depends directly on the quality of the photo provided. If the photo does not meet our artistic requirements, our team will contact you for a replacement.

6. DATA PRIVACY
