Due to the custom digital nature of our artwork, once the final illustration has been sent to your email, the order is strictly non-refundable. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be "returned," meaning a refund after delivery would result in the customer keeping the product for free, which is unfair to our hard-working artists.

2. CANCELLATIONS DURING CREATION

Refunds are only possible if the order is still in the initial creation process and the artwork has not yet been sent to you. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately. Once the file is dispatched, the service is considered fully rendered.
